Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started the full stack coding traineeship in July 2020 because I wanted to boost my skills to rejoin the IT industry.
I had to take a break in my career for personal reasons but I wanted to jump back but was not able to do so because of the gap, The coding traineeship provided the best resources for me to upgrade my technical skills and voila I am back !!

What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
Learning is undoubtedly the most interesting part of this process. It is designed in a way that gives you a deeper understanding and practical coding experience.
The staff and the entire team is very helpful and easily reachable and I was provided with all the resources and platform from learning to practical projects and they continue to support you throughout the recruitment process and even after that.

What's your current role like?
I have joined as a senior Technical support Engineer at ServiceNow Ltd.
My work mostly involves working on customer cases to identify, fix and debug coding issues in the ServiceNow Product and delivering technical solutions.
ServiceNow is in the Fortune top 100 best places to work in 2021 and I can feel why.
