Why did you start the Traineeship?
I was looking for a career switch from teaching and as I was always interested in IT, this was a very good platform to transform me from being a teacher to an IT professional. I am very happy to have chosen IT Career Switch which gave me knowledge and confidence in what I am doing in my job today.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The best thing about the traineeship was that I could do it in my own time and pace. I could do it from home and took the tests from home too which was very convenient. Looking forward to completing the Cyber Security part of the course now.
What's your current role like?
My current role is to provide first-line IT assistance in a college where loads of elderly people study. Although it has been very busy at work, I am very happy that I am able to help people with their IT issues and see them relieved. I love the fact that I’m getting to learn new things every day.
