Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started with an IT Career Switch as I was looking for an opportunity to get into something I love which is computers and technology. There were great courses on offer with IT career switch so I made the jump as it seemed simple to learn from home with them.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I probably enjoyed most that there was no big rush, you could just learn when you had time and fit it around your life. The videos made it easy to learn instead of reading endless amounts of material.
What's your current role like?
I got a job with Fujitsu on the service desk and I love it, helping others with IT issues and I’m also working from home!
