Why did you start the Traineeship?
During the lockdown, I had the possibility to get back to study due to more free time from my previous job, then I found the IT CareerSwitch site and I thought that that was the perfect opportunity to start a new journey in a field that always got my interest but never had the time to learn properly.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I found all the theory and practice well structured, lots of content to learn the basics to start a career in the IT field. I really enjoyed how all is dived into steps so you can concentrate on one thing at a time and learn it properly.
What's your current role like?
My current role is 1st line support engineer, which involves mainly basic troubleshooting, laptop/desktop setup, user account setup, and a lot of documentation.
