My role involves carrying out risk assessments, staying up-to-date with relevant health and safety regulations, standards, and laws and ensuring that the organization complies with them. I’d like to advise management on the necessary actions to maintain legal compliance. Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, near-misses, and incidents to determine the root causes and contributing factors. Recommending corrective actions to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Safety Audits and Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the workplace to identify potential hazards and ensure that safety measures are in place and being followed.
