Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started it because applying for jobs on my own was not bringing me any results that I hoped for and I thought having an organisation with experience will help.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
Paddy was a Rockstar, he helped me by pointing me in the right direction when I was stuck and kept me motivated while also adopting a very human approach to teaching.
What's your current role like?
It’s amazing! I get to code daily and do the thing that I love for money.
