Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started the traineeship so I could get the relevant knowledge and qualifications to apply for a Job in IT Support.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The thing I enjoyed the most was leaning new things from the course content and gaining new skills.
What's your current role like?
My current role is very enjoyable and with the help of a supervisor, I will continue to grow in knowledge and experience. Helping people with their issues is very rewarding.
