Why did you start the Traineeship?
I felt like I was trapped in my current career and have always been interested in IT I wanted to try and push myself and see if I could attempt to push my career in a different direction and open myself up to more opportunities.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I enjoyed the live-labs the most as far as the training goes. But ultimately what I enjoyed the most was the sense of accomplishment when I passed each stage. It was a great motivator to keep pushing myself.
What's your current role like?
I am currently a Level 1 Tech Hub Analyst for IQ-EQ, I am part of the team who are the first point of contact for all of our Global Staff regarding their IT issues. It has broadened my scope so much already and I highly recommend this type of role for someone starting out in their IT career
