Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started this because the pandemic had caused my business to close unfortunately and I felt this was the perfect opportunity to grow myself into an area I had always had an avid interest in with the right support.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The thing I enjoyed most about the traineeship was the opportunity to learn new areas I had always considered to be beyond myself and should I ever need support it was always there.
What's your current role like?
My current role is challenging but highly enjoyable. Learning the different approaches to IT solutions is an exciting journey. Look forward to the future in this.
