Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started because I’m passionate about innovation and technology. I wanted to have a career that makes me excited to come to work and I recognised that the opportunities in the industry were plentiful.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I really enjoyed bringing together all the skills I had learned and creating the two full-stack projects at the end. Aside from this, I liked how much flexibility the course afforded me as I was able to balance studying around my full-time job.
What's your current role like?
Currently, I am working at a UK-based international company with great benefits and a beautiful office. Work-life balance is great with options for hybrid and fully remote working arrangements and the company has many divisions giving developers an abundance of projects to work on.
