Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started the traineeship because I felt stuck in hospitality and needed a change. I always had an interest in IT and I needed something I could do whilst still working.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I enjoyed having a streamlined path to the exams to keep me on track. I always wanted to get into IT but never knew where to start and this was a good platform to get there.
What's your current role like?
My current role is Desktop Support Technician for an animation company. In my day to day, I do a lot of troubleshooting for remote workers, hardware problems, software licencing and active directories.
