Why did you start the Traineeship?
I always had an interest in the process behind website design and what goes on behind the scenes to produce what we see on our screens. During my university studies, I took a number of coding modules which further ignited my interest. After getting a feeling of stagnation in my previous career and realising that opportunities for progression would be limited compared to what would be available to me in tech, I decided to take the plunge and signed up for IT Career Switch.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The most enjoyable part of the process was the final two projects. The act of applying the skills I had learned to bring applications to life from scratch gave me a deep sense of satisfaction.
