Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started the traineeship because I was sick of working a job I did not enjoy and was getting me nowhere. IT has always been one of my main interests so I decided to re-train and get into the industry. The guaranteed job or money-back offer was one of the main reasons I decided to start with an IT Career switch and I am so glad I did.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I really enjoyed the video courses, being able to go through them at my own pace and study when I wanted was a massive bonus. The live labs were also very good. Being able to have that practical experience really helped me put the theory into perspective.
What's your current role like?
My current job is amazing, I work for Hays Travel and it’s everything I could ask for as a starting position in an IT department.
