Why did you start the Traineeship?
I had an education in Cyberpsychology, but to bridge the gap and start a career in IT I needed more qualifications.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The lessons were clearly structured, and the goalposts I needed to hit were clear.
What's your current role like?
My current role is a Technical Assistant position. It is a customer-facing role, and the workplace culture allows for every day bringing something new to learn. Most tasks are routine jobs relating to internet connection issues, but there are plenty of niche cases making for a good crash course in IT.
