I’m working as a Helpdesk Analyst/1st Line Support at Zonal, who provides IT solutions for the hospitality industry across the UK. In my current role, I do a lot of ticket logging, remote troubleshooting, and customer interactions. I like the job a lot and I think it’s a good start in the IT sector.
