Why did you start the Traineeship?
I was looking to make a shift between fields and pursue my interests in the IT realm.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The access to resources, knowledge bases, support, and live lab experience was vital for my success throughout the traineeship. Being able to learn new things is great, but it’s even better when you are provided with the resources that will allow you to fully embrace the information you are being presented.
What's your current role like?
My current role as a First Line Support Consultant @ Iken is rewarding and builds upon the foundations I learned doing this Traineeship.
