Why did you start the Traineeship?
I have always had a passion for IT and Computers and wanted a change in career. The IT Career Switch was the best company to do that with because they give me access to a wide range of different resources which helped my development.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I enjoyed learning all about the different aspects of IT from Cyber Security to Networking. I really enjoyed using the Practice Labs portal, it allowed me to test my knowledge on a virtual machine in a safe environment without causing any damage to my own laptop.
What's your current role like?
My new job role is IT Support Analyst for a global pharmaceutical company and I look after the IT systems at 2 sites. I come across different types of troubleshooting problems every day but I am able to solve them with the knowledge and skills I have acquired.
