Why did you start the Traineeship?
I embarked on the Traineeship because of my deep interest in the IT field. The Traineeship provided the perfect opportunity to bridge this gap and acquire the foundational knowledge and skills necessary for a successful start in IT.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
What I enjoyed most about the Traineeship was the exposure to different computer software. It equipped me with essential knowledge and hands-on experience, which proved invaluable as I transitioned into the IT field and laid a strong foundation for my ongoing work in IT.
What's your current role like?
In my current role, I am part of the IT Support team which manages tickets in the IT helpdesk. This involves promptly addressing and resolving various technical issues and user concerns. Additionally, I am responsible for managing a range of devices, including laptops, phones, and other peripherals.
