Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started the traineeship during the lockdown as I had lots more time on my hands and had always wanted to get into IT.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
Getting access to a wide range of learning content like Sec+ and Net+ even though it wasn’t strictly part of the course.
What's your current role like?
I’m an IT Support Engineer for a close-knit team. No day is quite the same, with duties ranging from AD & Identity and Access management to physically rebuilding hardware.
