The training is delivered through video tutorials, presentations, quizzes, and practical exercises via an online portal that you can study from home.
You can log into the portal at any time, allowing the course to be completed around a full-time job or existing commitments. Step 1 focuses on building a strong understanding of core Business Analysis concepts before progressing onto practical training.
STEP 2
Gain hands-on experience using the same tools, techniques, and methodologies used by professional Business Analysts in real workplace environments. During this stage of the traineeship, you will work through practical exercises and scenario-based projects designed to help you apply the knowledge gained in Step 1 to real business situations.
You will learn how to gather and document requirements, analyse business processes, create workflow diagrams, and support business change initiatives using industry-standard tools and techniques. This practical stage is designed to help you build confidence and prepare for real-world Business Analyst responsibilities.

Bring together everything you have learned throughout the traineeship by completing end-to-end Business Analysis projects based on real workplace scenarios. During this stage, you will create portfolio-ready deliverables that demonstrate your ability to identify business problems, gather requirements, analyse processes, and recommend effective solutions.
These projects are designed to showcase practical, job-ready skills that employers actively look for when recruiting junior Business Analysts and project support staff, helping you stand out from other candidates who only have theoretical knowledge.
