Our simple four-step process provides you with the skills, certifications, and career support needed to secure your first role - and if we cannot place you into a role within the guaranteed period, we will refund 100% of your course fees.
Throughout the Traineeship, you will develop the practical skills employers are actively looking for, including bookkeeping, financial administration, payroll, budgeting, and accounting software knowledge. You will also gain hands-on experience through practical exercises and real-world projects designed to prepare you for entry-level accounting and finance positions.
We have partnered with employers across the UK who trust us to provide them with high-quality, entry-level accounting candidates ready to support finance teams and business operations. Demand for skilled accounting and finance staff remains consistently high across almost every industry, making this one of the most stable and secure long-term career paths available.
Entry-level accounting and finance roles typically offer starting salaries of around £30,000, with experienced accountants and finance professionals often earning £60,000+ as they progress in their careers.
AAT Level 2 & Level 3 Accounting units
Complete (AAT) Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, designed to give you the knowledge and practical skills required to break into entry-level finance roles. The training is delivered through video tutorials, presentations, quizzes, and practical exercises via an online portal that you can study from home.
You can log into the portal at any time, allowing the course to be completed around a full-time job or existing commitments.
Gain hands-on experience through practical accounting and bookkeeping projects designed to simulate real workplace tasks carried out by finance professionals every day. During this stage of the Traineeship, you will apply the knowledge gained throughout your AAT training to realistic accounting scenarios and business exercises.
You will work on practical tasks including bookkeeping, reconciliations, payroll processing, VAT calculations, budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting software exercises. These projects are designed to help you build confidence, develop job-ready skills, and strengthen your CV before progressing onto the final stages of the Traineeship.
Throughout the Traineeship, you will sit the official Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Level 2 and Level 3 exams as you complete each stage of your training. These industry-recognised qualifications are highly valued by employers and help demonstrate your understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, VAT, payroll, and financial processes.
You will have access to revision materials, mock assessments, and exam preparation resources designed to help you build confidence before sitting each exam. Successfully achieving your AAT qualifications will strengthen your CV and help showcase your knowledge and commitment to employers when applying for entry-level accounting and finance roles.
Once you have completed your training, practical projects, and AAT exams, you will move into the career support stage of the Traineeship. Our recruitment team will help optimise your CV, prepare you for interviews, and position your qualifications and practical experience for entry-level accounting and finance roles.
We will then support you into suitable accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, and finance support opportunities within 20 miles of your home, backed by our job guarantee and money-back promise if we are unable to place you within the guaranteed period.
