Our Traineeships

Step 1 - Courses & internal exam
Complete a selection of professional, accredited, and industry recognized courses. The training is delivered via multimedia-rich video tutorials, presentations and quizzes, through an online portal that you study from home.
You can log into the portal at anytime, meaning this can be completed around any full-time job. The emphasis of Step 1 is to learn all of the theory before beginning practical training. This takes around six weeks of full-time study or twelve weeks of part-time study to complete.
At the end of Step 1 you will sit a short online multiple choice exam to showcase your understanding of the courses before moving onto Step 2.
Step 2 - Practical Work
Each of our Traineeships is designed to provide you with hands-on experience through practical exercises and real-world projects. These experiences are essential for developing the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your chosen career path. You’ll gain valuable insights and practical expertise that will set you apart as a qualified professional in your field.
Throughout your traineeship, you’ll be supported by a dedicated personal tutor, who will guide you every step of the way. Your tutor will help you navigate the learning process, offer personalized feedback, and ensure that you are fully prepared for the demands of the job market. With their guidance, you’ll receive the mentorship and resources necessary to build confidence and achieve your professional goals, ensuring that you are truly job-ready by the end of your training.
Step 3 - Official Exams
By the end of your traineeship, you will be fully prepared to obtain the official certifications required to qualify in your chosen field. To ensure you are completely ready, we will provide you with a series of comprehensive mock tests designed to simulate the actual exam environment. These practice tests will give you an opportunity to assess your knowledge, identify areas for improvement, and build your confidence.
Once you’ve successfully completed the mock tests and demonstrated readiness, we will schedule your official exams. Our goal is to make sure you are not only prepared but also confident in your ability to pass the certification exams with flying colors, so you can take the next step in advancing your career.
