Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started this traineeship in the midst of a pandemic and national lockdown in the UK as the job market was really flat which led me to explore other options and eventually found the traineeship after doing some research on the company and the positive reviews that they received. I have always been involved in IT at University or College, and a career in IT support felt like the perfect route to take.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I enjoyed the live lab’s aspect of the Traineeship as it gave me a chance to put the theoretical aspect of the course into practice and get a good insight into the service desk process.
What's your current role like?
My current role is very fast pace and demanding however equally satisfying as I get to solve users issues complex or simple problems and allow them to get past their IT problems and carry on with their daily working life.
