Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started the traineeship to re-skill with certifications and be able to find my way into a new industry. After losing my job in the pandemic I needed a helping hand and this seemed like a great fit.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I really enjoyed the syllabus explanations, CV help and the guarantee of an actual job. Getting an actual qualification that employers look for was very helpful too, links provided to apply for job was very relevant and really helped in the interview process.
What's your current role like?
My current role as an IT Assistant involves me troubleshooting various problems which I’m learning a lot from, everyday new task and I’m enjoying it so far and getting to know my colleagues.
