Why did you start the Traineeship?
I had enjoyed all of my previous jobs in retail but they weren’t leading anywhere. I wanted to start a job that would lead to a career and the traineeship was the perfect way to get there.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I loved the fact that I could study anywhere, anytime at my own pace and having the support from my tutor was a huge bonus.
What's your current role like?
My current role is fantastic. Every day brings new challenges to overcome and I am still learning so much.
