I think the inclusion of the CompTIA A+ exams makes it a very attractive package. The exams consolidated much of what I learned in the video courses, in topics such as hardware, networking, security and troubleshooting, and are a well-known qualification in the industry.

I work in a busy IT department in a charitable organisation and support a large number of end users. Although it can be pretty intense, it’s a rewarding role and I’m constantly learning new skills.
