Why did you start the Traineeship?
I was unsatisfied in my last job and wanted to get back to doing something I was passionate about. Having always loved working with Tech I looked around and found this to be the most intriguing option with good reviews and a robust support system.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The thing I enjoyed most was the ability to work at my own pace and fit the training around my life. The level of support I received was also tremendous. The tutors were a great help and very approachable and full of knowledge.
What's your current role like?
My current role as Helpdesk Support is perfect for the stage I am at. It has helped me consolidate the training knowledge I gained while also pushing me to learn more.
