Why did you start the Traineeship?
I decided to start the Traineeship because I was looking for a change after working on cruise ships for several years. At the time, I wasnโt completely sure what direction to take, but I knew I wanted a new career that would keep me interested and offer opportunities for continuous learning and growth.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
What I enjoyed most about the Traineeship was how much learning material there was. It made me feel really well prepared and confident when I started my job. I also liked the practical side of it, especially the live labs, where I could actually get hands on and put everything I was learning into practice.
What's your current role like?
Iโm working as an IT Service Desk Analyst. Itโs a really exciting role because Iโm always learning something new. I handle support through calls, live chat, and a self-service ticketing system, helping people with all sorts of IT problems. It feels good to be able to make a difference and help users get back up and running.
