Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started my traineeship to get back to IT. I worked in the first and the second line of IT support in the past but for the last 13 years, my previous job had nothing to do with IT so I needed some sort of 1st step to get back to it.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I enjoyed all of my traineeship but I think the most enjoyable part was networking and all the extra knowledge I gained during the course.
What's your current role like?
Right now I’m a software and hardware, support technician, at IT Retail Systems and my now role is very dynamic, no day is the same. We cover a vast range of customers, each with different issues each day. I couldn’t hope for a better place to start my new work.
