Why did you start the Traineeship?
I wanted to turn my passion for IT into a career. I applied for jobs but was unable to get any interviews. I really need a way to refresh my knowledge and build on what I already know and also, get the needed experience that employers are looking for. IT Career change was just what I needed to achieve this. They offered exactly what I needed.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The way the training is structured so that I can pace myself. Even though I was working a different job at the time, I was able to flexibly study. The part enjoyed the most is the practical aspect which provided the much needed experience.
What's your current role like?
Fantastic! I get to work with different experts on a daily basis. We are always working in new applications, software. The most interesting part is my role is very dynamic which means I get to deal with different challenges every other day
