Why did you start the Traineeship?
I’d reached a plateau in my previous role and feared being stuck in the same dead-end job forever. I wanted to do something more challenging, worthwhile, rewarding and with genuine opportunities for progression. After lots of research felt that the tech industry was a thriving sector and took a leap of faith!
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The course was good value for money, all the content you need is there and the fact the exam vouchers were included made it really worthwhile. The CV review also added value and helped put in the position to secure interviews.
What's your current role like?
My role involves creating detailed notes of any problems the user may be experiencing, determining the steps they can take to resolve the issue and managing incoming support requests. I have lots of practical skills to learn and develop further, and I look forward to doing so.
