Why did you start the Traineeship?
I wanted a career change and knew this would be the most beneficial way to gain the right knowledge. Most Jobs require experience of some degree so this was the best way to get into the field
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I enjoyed the flexibility of it- I was able to study at my own pace. I also had support there if I ever had any questions.
What's your current role like?
My Current role as a Service Desk Engineer is rewarding as I am dealing with different issues daily and gaining the experience I need to further my career in IT
