Why did you start the Traineeship?
I wanted to get into IT, but I didn’t know where to start. The Traineeship helped provide structure and a roadmap to my career change.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The breadth of topics covered was great. It felt like I got to learn a wide array of topics, beyond the more basic stuff which I’d need for my first job.
What's your current role like?
I work on the Service Desk which involves troubleshooting a diverse set of IT issues both off tickets and the phone. I’m really enjoying the variety of issues, but also the structure, stability and support which comes with working for a larger organisation.
