Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started the traineeship because I wanted a new challenge in a different industry. I wanted a pathway that allowed me to constantly learn new things and apply that knowledge.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
The thing I enjoyed most was the ability to study as much or as little as I wanted. Along with the sense of achievement when finally passing my exams.
What's your current role like?
As an IT Technician my day varies a lot. From software and hardware troubleshooting to simple password resets in Active Directory.
