Why did you start the Traineeship?
I started the Traineeship after spending over 10 years in Retail, I knew that I was stuck and needed a change. After many unsuccessful attempts to find a new job I knew I needed some extra qualifications and skills on my CV. I have always been interested in computers and new technologies which is why I started to focus on a career in IT.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I enjoyed the entire learning process, I found the videos extremely helpful and well broke down into manageable chunks of information. I also enjoyed the live labs aspect of the course as it enabled me to put what i have learnt into practice.
What's your current role like?
My current role is fantastic, I have fresh challenges and I’m still learning every day which is very rewarding and I feel that all my hard work is paying off.
