Why did you start the Traineeship?
I have always been interested in IT and wanted to pursue a career in the field. After extensive research, I came across IT Career Switch and was very impressed with their offering and credentials. What mattered to me most was a career that had growth potential, and IT Career Switch was right on the mark with a highly structured program with a step by step career progression. In hindsight, it was probably one of my best decisions made regarding my career.
What did you enjoy most about the Traineeship?
I enjoyed the coursework as it was very easy to understand, and supported by detailed videos. Even after 3 months of completing the traineeship, I still remember almost everything I learned at IT Career Switch.
What's your current role like?
I am currently working in one of the biggest financial company in England as an IT Service desk agent. No day is the same and we take calls from our clients to help them work on our systems and also walk ups for our colleagues everyday. It is fulfilling as well as excellent on hands experience.
