Jessica UbaniJunior Project Manager @ Granted Consultancy
”I wanted to make a career change to Project management and I felt doing the Traineeship would provide me with the relevant knowledge as well as the high chance of employment afterwards which was the main reason for applying. I am now working as a project manager in the manufacturing industry. I am currently working on a few international projects as well as leading my first project already which is something amazing to do. Currently, I am building a business case which was one of the tasks as part of the course, so I felt more prepared to tackle this task.

”I started the Traineeship as I was feeling more and more dissatisfied with my previous job as a teacher. The traineeship offered a range of different modules that would prove useful in different industries. By the end of the course, I was confident in the knowledge and practices for a role in project management. I secured a junior project management position with an EV charging company, that installs electric vehicle charging infrastructure. It’s an exciting role, not only because it’s my first project management role but because it is in an evolving industry.
