Each course is delivered online via video lectures, tutorials and presentations. All of which will be available to you 24/7 so you can complete the training alongside any social/work commitments you have. You have 1 years access to the IT Technician Traineeship.

There will be a short online assessment you will have to complete at the end of the course package, before moving onto the Livelabs. Below is a detailed outline of each course you will have access to and what you will be learning.

CompTIA A+ 220-1001

CompTIA A+ 220-1002

The CompTIA A+ certification exam with exam code 220-1002 is a part of CompTIA’s new A+ core series (Core 1 and Core 2). This core series was released on January 15th, 2019 and is designed specifically for IT technicians who are interested in IT operational roles and technical support such as troubleshooting and solving IT problems.

The CompTIA A+ Exam 220-1002 covers the installation and configuration of operating systems, expanded security, operational procedures and software troubleshooting.
